Class of 2010 – Nevada Verbal Commitment
- One of the key mid-year 2010 class JUCO additions to the Nevada offense, Mudge is an impact offensive lineman who stands a rock solid 6-foot-4, 303-pounds. A young man that bounced around quite, completing high school at three different stops in three years, and then playing for two different junior colleges, Mudge has found a home at Nevada. He’ll be a big component of “The Union” next season, likely as the starting center.
- “He’s without a doubt the glue behind our offensive line,” said Bakersfield coach Jeff Chudy, whose team produced another great year this year and a 9-1 overall record.
- On video, Mudge moves very well, and his size is terrific for a center. He’s got good feet, and he’ll be a perfect fit for the Pack, who sported the nation’s number one rushing team in the country this past season. He has two seasons to play two years.
“This was an awesome trip; great school,” Mudge added. “I liked everything I saw. Some of the other schools that were recruiting me were Utah State and Wyoming.”
