Incredible. Makes me wonder what is next in the college football arms race? Perhaps schools buying their own private jetliners?

Did anyone else notice that the Quarterback Coaches Office was donated by Mark Sanchez? Interesting that he is already giving back to USC since he has only been in the NFL for 3 years. Further, statistics show that not many athletes give back to the Universities which they attended. Regardless of the $$ figure attached to his donation, that's a pretty telling move by Mark Sanchez, IMO. He just moved up a few notches in my book.

Why just them? What about all those great Nevada big leaguers in baseball?

fair enough. There are probably more nevada baseball players which could donate large sums of money than basketball. I just look at to me what are our most pressing needs and they are a 1.) basketball practice facility; 2.) an indoor football practice facility and 3.) a new stadium.

Someone alluded to certain athletes making donations when they earn their second contract. Which makes sense. Sanchez is in more of a place to donate since he's been a starter for awhile.

Between Luke, Javale, and Ramon you're looking at over $8mil in salary and it looks like Ramon and Javale are up for potentially more money so it would be nice if they could give back a little bit, even though they are under no obligation.

This excludes our MLB and NFL athletes who are out there as well.
