The Wolf Den, which is the latest iteration of restaurant in the Twisted Chimney\Fritz's building is being remodelled now. I beleieve the same folks who own the Nugget downtown are behind this venture...including good old Sig Rogich, of Ronald Reagan Ad guy fame.
The signs were up for quite awhile, without any activity, but a contractor has been on-site for a couple weeks and making headway toward your next Awful Awful....an Awful Awful, presumably, without the toothless meth-heads, thugs, crack whores or street urchins who scoop up the last of your fries when your on your way out...., but then again, maybe they'll bring some of their existing employees over to the new location... ;)
