So if Favre really is done, what now? I believe you were on the Tj train with me and wouldn't mind seeing him start. What do you think now?

Personally I think he plays a lot better with Rice and Harvin making the passing game that much more effective. I still think the team needs to be more of a running team, but I think TJ will make big strides having better talent around him and a year under Favre.

What do you think?

I still firmly believe in TJ for the upcoming year and the future. I just hope Favre sees he's ready and moves out of the spotlight far enough for Tavaris to get out of his shadow through the summer. Sure we can take a QB in the draft, but I'm far more concerned about back up RB and DT, as well as MLB.

Ya, I hate how down everybody is on tj. He's in such a great position to succeed if he gets to start this year. I think harvin and rice are going to provide him options he's never had in the passing game. Who was his go to guy before, bobby wade?!? I think seeing favre will help him out too, he's never had a good qb to learn from.

Maybe they should go after Mcnabb

I certainly would not mind McNabb with his familiarity of the offense, but don't think he's necessary.

Mcnabb is just another band aid. This team needs a qb for the long term. Also the way this team has been drafting, I don't want to give up the high pick(s) for him. Also he needs a new contract to boot.
