I have to think it would be unbearably cold without global warming. Are we lucky that global warming "exists" to mitigate this freezing cold? :D

One fake hockey stick gets thrown away, and a real one becomes useful. I bet the ice skating rink is staying busy. ;)

I'll bite. IF global warming is in fact a reality, it would cause all sorts of weird weather shifts, up to and including unseasonably cold weather.

A better name for it would be Global Weirding.

Carry on! :p

I've got some carbon credits for sale if anyone's interested....$500/piece. They're not just any carbon credits...these are the real deal with Al Gore's stamp and signature. You get a clear conscious, and I get money. It's a win-win situation. :)

As weather is always variable that's a great way to blame every deviation on one's belief system.

Hotter than normal? Climate change. Colder than normal? Climate change. A bad hurricane? Climate change. A lack of tropical storms? Climate change. Big monsoon? Climate change. Weak monsoon? Climate change. Long growing season? Climate change. Short growing season? Climate change.

I suppose it depends upon what your definition of climate change is.

If anyone wants a good reasonably quick read based on peer reviewed articles, check out Bjorn Lomborg's "Cool It". He's a Danish statistician that Al Gore refuses to debate. There are numerous fallacies about Global Warming that you never hear about.

A good book contradicting Global Warming is State of Fear by Michael Crichton. It is a fictional novel with real facts about how Global Warming is basically BS.

LOL. That is all.
