Where's the Beef?

Ok, so the new site is great, and we all love each other really long time, but where is the beef? I finally got around to watching all of the videos on Devonte Elliot and I gotta say I am impressed. He says he is close to 6'10" , and he has a nice outside shot also. We have a heck of a crew coming in next year. So if they show up this winter and redshirt, does that mean they are on scholarship and attend classes? Can they work out with the guys and get some scrimmage time in, even if they don't play in any games? Just how much contact is allowed or is it all good, just no games?
