Killing them would be too quick and easy. Putting them back on their boat in the middle of the ocean with no food, guns, or fuel and letting them paddle back to Somalia would be a much harsher punishment.

That would be worse... also put a couple of bullet holes in the boat so it slowly sinks.:mad:
