Guys or gals, I am looking for someone to paint my house on the outside from the Reno area. Being that we are not from the area, I could use a few suggestions of someone whom is trusted and can do a good job. Appreciate any suggestions. Was thinking about making Colin do it, but I can't even get him to mow the lawn, so that is out of the question. Being the baby of the family has its privileges!!! LOL!
Would prefer a die hard Wolf Pack fan, but will take any suggestions.

We just got 7 bids on painting the interior of our house. I don't know whether they are Pack fans or not... you would have to ask in the bid process!
You can have Collin do the prep-work and scrape the trim!
1) We ended up going with this guy. His price was 1/2 of any of the companies that stopped by. To be honest, I would have written him off from moment one. He is your stereotypical skiing hippie that supports his lifestyle via painting. However, a good friend recommended him and said "he is the painter to use". Great price and great quality. The friend that recommended him helped consult me when we built our custom home. The painter has painted all 5 of the houses he has built over the years + all of his rentals. Haddley has been great to work with and we are doing a walk through later today to sign off on the job. I'm glad we went with him.

2) This guy was referred to me and we liked him. He was the most professional out of all the companies that stopped by to give us bids and was very open/flexible with trying to work within our targeted budget (interior painting usually runs around $1.10 sf/ft).

Thanks Bustn, we will give them a look. It is hard to find someone to use or should I say trust when you are from out of town. I have had some other recomendations on other things from this board and they all worked out well so thought I would try again.

I really like that idea, but Kyle may be worse than Colin when it comes to doing work. You can see how much work he does by just his Facebook pages. Come see me at this and that in Vegas, San Francisco, or wherever else he is in the world. It is like looking for WALDO. :D

I think in a previous life he wanted to own a farm.:D I don't think he sleeps much, he is on Facebook and stuff way to much. He needs to put his head down and work hard like the old guy. Wait till he finds out we have been talking about him. I am sure he will have plenty to say.;)

LOL, forget about real money. Offer Kyle some Farm Cash, and I'll bet he'll jump right on it. :D

Heck, he's still off partying all over Vegas. The guy is the SBSports jetsetter. He won't notice this stuff until the hangover kicks in on Monday. ;)

I am starting to think rather than a degree in Dairy Science, he should have majored in "Entertainment". He is sure full of it. God forbid he thinks you guys think he is a jetsetter. Possibly he is auditioning for HANGOVER 2. :D

If BNC's suggestions don't work out perhaps you could get Slapdad and battleborne to reunite and help you out. They used to have a thriving side business in their younger days. Some of their early work:

PackNation, now I like that one. Probably save some big dollars on hours worked, but maybe overboard on the paint costs.:D
