Not a single blurb about the Hawaii Bowl

on the official Wolf Pack site? Does anyone else find that strange? If you are a bowl and you have a sponsor that pays money to keep your game afloat, don't you think that it might infuriate you enough to never invite said team back?

I have said it a million times, but our athletic department cannot figure out the PR thing.

What is the issue here? Is it really that hard to make a freakin landing page to highlight the bowl, thank our seniors and provide some good PR for the sponsors of the bowl? You people wonder why are attendance continues to dwindle in both major sports?

The only postive spin I can put on this is maybe Silver and Blue sports would not exist if the u did their job in the PR department. Like most successful enterprises, they often come into being due to the inadaquacy of what is available. FWIW, I agree it's ridiculous that the web page has not been updated.

You can find an article on the bowl game if you click on the football tab under sports. I guess the official site does not consider the game front page news worthy.

I disagree. I think it's an improvement over its old look. It's much more crisp and fresh-looking now, and I've never had a problem finding things on there.

SMU has a bowl central link on the left side of their website, and their invitation to the bowl game has been their #1 story on their headline rotation since they accepted the invite.. And our website on the other hand has not a word on the main page.
