Funny this was released the same day as former coach Tom Duncan was arrested for battery.

The comments on the article, all the Patraw defenders are out in force. Saying this is what TP (acronym intentional) was talking about. I thought she was going to bring down the whole department, and the NCAA would find a lack of institutional control. The way I read it the university is on probation, but the only sport that is at risk of sanctions is the golf team, with the loss of scholarships. So did she win or lose, or does this just prove she was blowing a lot of smoke.

The golf coach got hit with unethical conduct and a ban from working in the ncaa. He is a piece of work.

I'm not sure where BB saw it, but I saw it on this link from Channel 4 news. The article doesn't go into detail, but here it is if you want to read it.

Where did she make that guaratee? Sounds like you are creating your own stories because she turned out right about Rich Merritt. He is the one who deserves criticism for putting the university on probation. Take the high road.

Where did the soccer coach ever say that the NCAA would take down the department? Keep the criticism where it belongs, on the golf coach.

Plenty of times over the last couple years. She's just a horrible person that is never right on anything.

She was right about the golf coach and other things. But this is not the place or forum. I think the golf coach is the person here who has been kicked out of the NCAA. WHo put the university on probation and who made a mockery out of his profession. The NCAA was not investigating her or soccer. More likely than not you have never met her. Childish then to call her a horrible person. Please cite one place she has said that. Not where you assume she said it. Where she said it. The grand jury is what could bring down the administration. Not the NCAA. She is a justice seeker as her constitutional rights allow. I say no more.

The probation means anything else that comes up in the next three years could throw a wrench in the works for all sports, but with Carter, Ault, Powers and the women's programs as clean as they are I don't think we need to worry. Not like we're Fresno or NMSU.

Neither gentleman. I have read this board for a year and entered with trepidation knowing how clique-like it is. Why not let knew posters join and freely post? It would make for a more engaging forum. Once again the subject is the golf coach and how his actions affect the rest of the department.

Your M.O. and writing style are so patently obvious to most of us by now it's pretty much impossible for you to birth another sock puppet on this board without our collective crap detectors thrumming the alarm within one to two posts, Terry. If you had the willpower, a permanent, self-imposed removal of your presence from this forum would be greatly appreciated by all. Since it's clear you don't possess said willpower, your every iteration on this board will be called out. Doesn't it get old after awhile?

Sorry guys, this thread is headed the wrong direction. I don't want anybody to have to deal with "legal action".
