Was anyone else beginning to wonder where the big splash was going to come from with the limited schollies?

Why have we not offered Nolan Kohorst? His only offers are from AF, UNLV, and wyoming and he's the #9 ranked kicker in the country. This would be well worthy of a scholarship to end the Drake experiment and stick him on kickoffs.

I think recruiting is off to an outstanding start regardless of what Godkin and Gottschalk do. You want to see a splash, look no further than Wade Jacobson.

I'd say look no further than Taylor and Durant...those guys are some talented players. Having said that, my top priority recruits are Matt Galas, Isaiah Burse, Ofa Fifita, and Derron Smith. If we land 2 of the 4, I'll be satisfied.

I saw Gottshalk over Thanksgiving break, he is not as good as you guys are hoping, he got manhandled by Mission Viejo and their small but quick offensive line and defensive line. I really like Derron Smith tho, check out this clip from a game where he completely one handed a pick and took it for 6:
