He shot 22% last year and is at 28% this season.

I know a week ago people were on me for even suggesting this, but he can not make them. He is really hurting the team with his desire to be a long range shooter. It is affecting his confidence in the rest of his game.

I know that he is going to continue to take 3 or 4 shots a game, but he has to reduce that number, OR start making some.

The only way to get out of a slump is to keep shooting them. I have no problem with Fields shooting 3s, especially with our ability to offensive rebound the miss. He's shooting 31% right now, but it also opens up under the basket because the zone defenders need to keep Field honest and guard him beyond the arc.

Fields will be fine, and will be ready by WAC play.

I agree, the next couple games Carter should have fields firing up 3 after 3, same thing with armon, his 3 ball needs to improve...Both have great driving to the basket ability, if they can put the fear of the 3 pointer in the mind of opponents then teams wont be able to sag off anyone except dario....this team still has to iron out some problems
