and Who do you think will win?
I for one am much more excited for this Super Bowl then in previous years. I am a Niner fan so I have given up on them going to Super Bowl for a long time. Ever since Brees went to the Saints from the Chargers I have been a fan. I also like Peyton Manning. Both of them seem like really good, down to earth guys that love the game. Also this is great for New Orleans post Katrina.
My head tells me Colts by 10, but my Heart tells me Saints by 3.
Go Saints!!

Football ended in week 16 for me. Going chukar hunting on Sunday -- Colts by 19. I'll say 33-14.... Saints are known for a dynamic offense, but in most of their wins where they score a lot of points the turnover ratio has been dramatic in their favor. In their games where they have lost the turnover battle, they have only averaged 14 points (that was the case during the regular season I believe -- don't have time to check it). I don't see the Colts turning the ball over.... If I were interested in this game and betting I'd take the Colts even with the 5.5 or whatever the line has become and feel very good about it.

"Who Dat?" is the dumbest thing to be associated with an NFL team since the Dirty Bird.
Go Colts.

As a Vikings fan, I can't even watch it.

It's the freakin Super Bowl! Of course I geeked up about it. If you are not, I question your standing as a man. I don't care if your team is playing or not. The Super Bowl is about a hell of alot more. It's wings and nachos and beers and talking smack etc. There are only a few excuses for missing it (work, death, lack of testosterone). BTW, Saints 34-31.

I want the Saints to win. I think 21-17. Manning fails during the last 2minutes to win.

I love the Super Bowl but hate the fact that the NFL thinks that having The Who or Janet Jackson sing at halftime somehow makes the game a more enjoyable experience. The fake crowd that's always around the stage is tacky. It's the Super Bowl! Run more funny commercials during halftime.

As for the game...looking forward to it, but not geeked or anything.

I'm rooting for the Saints, but it's in part because I think they're a significant underdog. They love to blitz, and I think Peyton's just waiting for the chance to get an uncovered receiver in the zone.
I'm impressed with the Colts, but I'm hoping for a good game and fun times.

Meh.... The only thing I'm looking forward to is February 18. Pitchers and catchers report!!!! :)

Normally, I could give a rat's ass about the NFL/Superbowl (went to Truefitt & HIll for a haircut last year), but this year I'm kind of in to it because of the Aints. I can remember when the original bags came out, so it would be nice to finally see them win it.

I'm more excited this year than most. Living in Houston, where so many of the people who fled New Orleans wound up, I know a lot of people who are Saints fans and I'm glad to see them make it after so many years of bumbling and stumbling. Being a Chargers fan, I also love seeing what Brees has accomplished there....I also want to see Payton fall on his face after the fiasco with Eli and their dad giving the Chargers the finger on draft day. Plus, the Colts stumbled their way to that gaudy record....they didn't dominate along the way like the Patriots did.....I think people are giving them too much credit.
