The Nevada baseball team has had a busy offseason.  With the departure of Associate head coach Stan Stolte along with a terrific senior class, longtime Nevada head coach Gary Powers had his hands full this summer and fall.

Autographed Luke Babbitt Jerseys are for sale with 50 percent of the proceeds being donated back to the Starting Five to help support the Nevada basketball program. Silver and Blue Outfitters teamed up with Luke Babbitt and the Starting Five in a joint fundraising effort.

Finn makes it official

Softball struggles

To say the Nevada Wolf Pack softball team had a rough weekend against the San Jose State Spartans would be an understatement. Nevada was swept by the Spartans and dropped the first two games, one in extra innings and one on a run rule, while blowing a 7-0 lead in the final game.

The Nevada Wolf Pack softball team completed their weekend with a three game sweep of the Weber State Wildcats on an emotional day as the ladies received their Western Athletic Conference championship rings for the accomplishments of last season.

Holverson leads Pack to DH sweep

Day two of the Wolf Pack Classic at Hixson Park brought two victories to Nevada and a little bit of redemption as well after a splitting a pair of games the previous day. In the first game Nevada faced the Thunderbirds of Southern Utah whom the Pack defeated 11-2 in opening day competition.  [...]

Pack softball splits doubleheader

The Nevada Wolf Pack softball team lost their home opener in nine innings to the Saint Mary’s Gaels at Hixson Park on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon here in Reno but rebounded nicely in the second game of the doubleheader against Southern Utah, 11-2.
