The Pack’s top linebacker target in the 2011 class was clearly Orange (Calif.) Lutheran high standout Lorenzo Devers. A 6-foot-2, 228-pound prospect, Devers has excellent speed, size and versatility.  He could even grow into a defensive end if he continues to grow. SilverandBlueSports recently spent an afternoon with the Suburban League O-Lineman of the Year, E.J. Galvez of La Mirada high school in Southern California.  A talented 2011 class standout on one of the best teams in the Los Angeles area, Galvez was Nevada first prep pledge this season.

One of the most recent additions to Nevada’s 2011 recruiting class this week was Orange County Lorenzo Devers, a 6-foot-1, 230-pound defensive end/linebacker prospect from Orange (Calif.) Brock brings more punch to the Pack

The nation’s number one rushing team in 2009 just got stronger in the future.  After showing up this weekend for Nevada’s senior day,  Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West running back Kendall Brock came home and learned he had an offer from the Pack.  It was an opportunity the talented Central Section rusher did not pass up.

Arciniega Impact

The future starts now for Spanish Springs linebacker Luke Arciniega.  A talented member of the 2010 Nevada recruiting class, Arciniega was a potential greyshirt candidate since National Signing Day. However, the 6-foot-2, 225-pound all-League standout who racked up a cool 100 tackles last year will begin his Pack career in just a few days.
