As Nevada approaches the opening of the 2011 WAC Conference schedule—-which will be their second to last year in the conference—-head coach David Carter’s young wolves appear to be gelling.  They have simply played better basketball over the past week at home, showing some grit and determination along the way.  They’ve also picked up a nice addition in hometown kid Olek Czyz, who has given the team a shot in the arm with his play.
