Nevada put all five starters in double-figures, including a game-high 21 from WAC Player of the Year Luke Babbitt to knock out Idaho 87-71 in the conference quarterfinals. It was the 20th win of the season for the Pack, marking the 7th straight year they’ve punched that mark.

The Pack dominated much of the action against the over-matched Vandals, building a 13-2 lead less than 4 minutes into the game.  With just over 8 minutes left in the first-half, Nevada rebuilt a 10-point lead that they never relinquished the rest of the game, going as far as a 21-point advantage.
