- The nation’s No. 1 rushing team, Nevada became just the 4th program in NCAA history to ever have 4 players (Lippincott, Kaepernick, Taua and Mark) gain 100 rushing yards in a single game.

- The Pack ran for over 500 yards in a single game for the second time this season. They are the only team in the country to do that twice in the 2009 season to date. Nevada also ran for a staggering 8 TD’s.

- “I keep telling you guys every week it’s the O-line. They move people and make holes big enough for anyone to run through. The holes tonight were truck-sized.” – Junior RB Vai Taua, who ran for a team-high 144 yards.

- Nevada is averaging an incredible 7.3 yards per carry on the 2009 season. They could be the first team in decades to rush for over 7.0 yards per carry for an entire season. Only 8 programs have rushed for over 6.0 yards per carry this decade, with Nevada earning that distinction in 2008.

- The Pack defense have given up just 14 points over the past 115 minutes of action, showing vast improvement as a unit.
